Frequently Asked Questions
Placing an order is simple and fully customizable! Follow these steps:
1. Choose Your Category – Select from Photobook, Canvas Print, etc...
2. Select a Product Type – Each category has different product types. For example:
- Calendars: Landscape Desk, Wall, Wooden, etc.
- Photobooks: Wedding, Kids, Travel, etc.
3. Pick a Theme – Each product type comes with various themes. Choose one that matches your style.
4. View Product Details – Once you select a theme, you'll be taken to the Product Details page where you can check all specifications before customizing.
5. Start Customizing – Click Customize to enter our Online Editor, where you can:
- Upload & arrange photos
- Choose layouts & backgrounds
- Add text, stickers, and decorations
- Select ready-made templates if you're unsure about the design
- 3D Preview of your product
6. Save & Proceed to Order - Once your design is ready, click Save & Order to move to the Cart.
7. Cart & Checkout
- If you're not ready to order, you can remove the item from the cart without losing your design—it's safely saved in "My Projects".
- If you're ready to place an order, add/choose your delivery address, apply any discounts or offers, and proceed to checkout.
8. Make Payment – Complete your purchase using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, or Net Banking (Cash on Delivery is not available).
9. Track Your Order – After placing the order, go to "My Orders" to track your order.
10. Need Help? – If you have any issues with your order, you can easily get support from the "My Orders" page.
Yes! Our Online Editor allows you to customize your product exactly how you want. You can:
- Add & arrange photos
- Edit text & fonts
- Choose layouts & themes
- Choose ready-made templates if you're unsure about the design
- 3D Preview before ordering
Since all products are custom-made, you cannot edit your design once the order is placed. We recommend reviewing your design carefully before ordering.
Yes! Your design is automatically saved under "My Projects". You can access it anytime and place an order later.
Absolutely! We take privacy seriously, and your uploaded photos and designs are securely stored. They are only used to process your order and are not shared with anyone.
Yes! You can reorder using two methods:
1. "My Projects" – Find your saved design and place an order.
2. "My Orders" (Buy Again) – Automatically recreates your order and redirects you to the cart for checkout.
